Good Simple Windows Unarchiver

So, I recently made a windows partition using bootcamp on my mac. One thing that caught me off guard is how all the unarchiver programs are like, the same as they were in 1998? What the hell?? Are there any windows unarchivers that have keka's simple functionality where you just double click a zip and it makes a folder in the same place? Stuff like this makes me feel insane! What is wrong with windows devs?? lol!
