Deliver product with keka as a part of dmg?

Hello. I have a digital product that is considerably large in size, around 23gb downloaded material.
I was going to build my own script that unpacks a set of 2gb split files, but first I just want to ask if Keka can be delivered as the freeware it is inside the dmg file for drop-to-open functionality?
I have other options when it comes to Zip-apps, and using macos or windows with zip is not a problem, but the level of compression in 7zip is unmatched by any other compression-application. To ask a user to download an application elsewhere is less than desirable to me as I usually don´t like that when I download a product myself.
Is it okay to include Keka or any version of it in a zip or dmg file?
