feature request: sequential operations preference

Post by atomlin » Tue Oct 20, 2020 11:52 pm

Hi,
The compression is now set to max of 10, is there anyway of increasing that or at least to keep adding to the queue once started? Say if you have 300 folders for example, do you need to drop the 300 in at once for it to process or can you drop in 100, then another 100 and another 100 so each new 100 adds to the queue?

It does not make any difference if you drop the 300 at once or in three times. The queue is anyway limited to 10 operations running at once and it will keep doing until all 300 are done.

You can try the latest release candidate version that has a newly design queue and you can customize the limits at your will: https://beta.keka.io
