Hi
I was unzipping multiple .rar files on Mac with OS 10.13.1. Something went wrong and I deleted the extracted files and the zip folders. But now, I can see that lot my storage space on my back is occupied.
On further investigation I noticed that the space is occupied in Users folder. But the folders and file size in the Users do not add up to that size.
Where can I see these hidden files, certainly these are created by Keka in the extraction process.
Please assist so I could restart the extraction process.

Surya, try this code under Terminal.app:
Code: Select all
cd /Users/YOURUSERNAME | find * -name ".Keka-*"
If there's any temporal data created by Keka, will be listed there. You can then delete it with:

rm -R /Users/YOURUSERNAME/TEMPDATAPATH
Let me know if this did the trick. Keka version 1.1.0 (currently under beta progress) has a fix for this issue.
