Brotli

You're probably getting tired of me, but how about Brotli support? :mrgreen:

Seems similar, if not a little better, than XZ - especially with decompression times:

Plus it's open source!

From the page you've specified, Brotli seems optimised for web purposes, so in web servers for serving web pages and content. Don't think it's necessary in Keka, then.

I randomly decided to check on lrzip and brotli support today, and was happy to see a test build for brotli! Works like a charm so far. No progress indication, but I'm sure you already know that. Thanks! :)
